I have a sort of similar issue with IBCM since our SP1 upgrade (we had been
OK on CM12 RTM for many months). Internet clients are initiating a scan
against the correct Internet-facing SUP URL on 8531, but WindowsUpdate.log
is throwing errors attempting to download EULA .txt files from the because
at this point they are trying to hit the *internal* URL on 8530.

MP/DP functionality is fine for inventory and other software deployment. We
have TMG on the perimeter and a dedicated internet-only MP/DP/SUP inside.

I've had a PSS ticket open for a week, but no resolution yet.
