No, you can't do this. Note that you *may* be able to uninstall, leaving the content intact, and reinstall under the new secondary site and then when assigning content to the DP, it will see it as being there already.
Either way, it's an uninstall and reinstall. You can also use content prestaging to export the content locally and then reimport it locally.
