Do you want: 1)SCCM to detect that the laptop is using the UMTS stick at the time and not download 2) SCCM to detect the user is not using the UMTS but another network and then download the updates
or something else? i.e. What are the conditions you want SCCM to download the updates and what are the conditions that you do want it to download the updates?
