It looks like there are multiple instances of 2817630 that have to be 
un-installed. I also un-installed 2810009.

It seems like Microsoft has had some pretty poor QA on patches the last 3 
months.

I just got bit by this one.

Un-installing the update doesn't resolve the issue for me, has anyone 
successfully fixed it?

Watch out for KB2817630. The Outlook 2013 folder pane might disappear. There
