Not just the last 3 months. It's been much longer than that. I have an interview with the VP of support services still to write up. In it, she talks about the new processes they are putting in place to attempt to fix the quality issues. They seem logical, and might work.
The big issue is that the accelerated release cycles have caused additional problems around Update development and testing.
