We are in the process of removing all the checks on our packages that have this checked. We are having issues with packages that keep failing to replicate due. It's failing to unpack the files to the old folder style. Seems like a process that needs some more fixing.

I've checked through all the content and package classes I know and didn't see anything related to this. Does anyone know if there is a package XML value somewhere like the application XML one?
