Do you have the pre-reqs installed? .NET 4 Client Profile and Extended, WMF 3.0 (PowerShell 3.0)? Can you open the client successfully? Do the PowerShell cmdlets work?

I have sequenced an application in app-v 5.0 and deployed it via sccm 2012 SP1. The app-v 5.0 client is installed as I installed in manually, but in the appenforce.log it says 'a supported app-v 5x client is not installed' any ideas?
