Hmm, any chance the version you sequences with is not the same as the client? 5.0 vs. 5.0 SP2, etc?

I have sequenced an application in app-v 5.0 and deployed it via sccm 2012 SP1. The app-v 5.0 client is installed as I installed in manually, but in the appenforce.log it says 'a supported app-v 5x client is not installed' any ideas?
