It looks like it comes from a 2007 environment. I know my dashboard used to click through to it when it was there and it was working post move to 2012, but I honestly haven't been back to that report since I upgraded to SP1. Do you still have a 2007 to get it from or do you need the RDL? I still have a 2007 up and can pull it if you need me to. Hopefully it will still work.
