[mssms] SCCM 2007 TS export with all Packages like we have in sccm 2012

Is there any way or work arounds to export SCCM 2007 TS like we do in sccm 2012?
I have two scenarios that i must have to export from sccm 2007  and import in 
SCCM 2007 and sccm 2012
kindly show me some path ...
