Create a collection and add those 50 as members. Then, use that collection to exclude as Michael has suggested.

I need to create Exclude collection from all systems to avoid installing some software.

Example :-

Adobe Acrobat :- PC1,PC2,PC3,.........PC100

Exclude Adobe Acrobat :- PC2,PC5,PC57,PC72.
