That's not an option in 2007. As someone else mentioned, you will need to
create a collection called "exclusions" or whatever you want to call it, add
the computers to the collection (Right click tools would be the easiest
way), then set your other collection (not All Systems, a new collection) up
with this membership query rule:

select
SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceID,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceType,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Name,SMS_R_SY
STEM.SMSUniqueIdentifier,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceDomainORWorkgroup,SMS_R_SYSTEM
.Client from SMS_R_System where SMS_R_System.ResourceId not in (SELECT
ResourceID FROM SMS_CM_RES_COLL_COLLID) and SMS_R_System.Client = 1

Switch "COLLID" above with the collection ID of your exclusions collection.

Create a collection and add those 50 as members. Then, use that collection
to exclude as Michael has suggested.

You that as if you are deploying software to the All Systems collection. I
hope that's not the case.

Hi,

I need to create Exclude collection from all systems to
avoid installing some software.

Example :-

Adobe Acrobat :- PC1,PC2,PC3,...PC100

Exclude Adobe Acrobat :- PC2,PC5,PC57,PC72.

Rajan K
