We have a single primary site, SSRS is on another server (our SQL server). It comes and goes. Works one minute, can't access the next.

CM12 2008 They are on a separate box from the CM server, but both roles are on that server. All reports Hard to say. It will work, then not. Then I check back in an hour or two and it works again. I'm going to try Roland's suggestion below and see if that helps. What I do is to re-enter the account (using "new account") in the role, but provide the same account and passwords. Then you have to wait. In the ssrs.log, it says "setting security at xx:xx:xx". Once it did that it actually worked. (rsProcessingAborted) * Cannot impersonate user for data source 'AutoGen__5C6358F2_4BB6_4a1b_A16E_8D96795D8602_'. (rsErrorImpersonatingUser) * Log on failed. Ensure the user name and password are correct. (rsLogonFailed) For more information about this error navigate to the report server on the local server machine, or enable remote errors I checked permissions, they are fine.
