You can import your CAL info into configmgr. I blogged how to do it. AI does a 
poor job though. The import process I blogged used Normalize from BDNA but it's 
the same basic principle using AI, without a third party you just won't get as 
accurate info IMO

Is there a way to use Asset Intelligence or Hardware Inventory to get CAL 
information for SQL, Dynamics, Lync, etc?

I am talking about SCCM 2012 SP1, and I need to do a True Up report.
