We are using PV-D in Citrix. That will cover 80% of our users. I'm trying to find a solution for the 20% that will remain on physical hardware.

It’s been a successful combination so far. It’s part of a user experience transition we are going through now as we move from XP with user data local to windows 7 with user data redirected.
