in the [1] footnote “This update is available from Microsoft Download Center, Microsoft Dynamics CustomerSource, and Microsoft Dynamics PartnerSource only” Notice that WSUS is NOT listed. since it’s not available via WSUS… it’s not going to be available for Configmgr, either. Cry quietly in your beverage of choice, then go download the update manually, and figure out the best way to deploy this update using the app model or traditional package/program. I ran into an issue about Office 2013 updates today at a clients; turns out I'd enabled the product in WSUS but not in Software Update Point. Good luck!
