Why MS14-004 is not showing in the console:

go read http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/security/bulletin/ms14-004

in the [1] footnote “This update is available from Microsoft Download Center,
Microsoft Dynamics CustomerSource, and Microsoft Dynamics PartnerSource only”

Notice that WSUS is NOT listed. since it’s not available via WSUS… it’s not
going to be available for Configmgr, either.

Cry quietly in your beverage of choice, then go download the update manually,
and figure out the best way to deploy this update using the app model or
traditional package/program.

Enabling it in WSUS is useless as the WSUS config is overwritten by ConfigMgr.
You should not be performing any administration within WSUS.

Are you sure that you have this update class selected in both WSUS and in SCCM?
I ran into an issue about Office 2013 updates today at a clients; turns out
I'd enabled the product in WSUS but not in Software Update Point.

Good luck!

Not saying that this doesn’t work or not to do it, but know that it is

It’s possible that this update is not published, in which case you’d need to
download it from Microsoft publish it directly in WSUS so it will show up in
ConfigMgr.

Brandon Linton has a great post on how to do
this:http://blogs.technet.com/b/brandonlinton/archive/2013/03/13/how-to-deploy-phantom-updates-with-system-center-configuration-manager.aspx

Do you have Microsoft Dynamics selected as a product in the SUP component
properties?

 Hello,

I am not seeing MS14 004 come up in the SCCM console. Is anyone else
experiencing this ? Do they know why this is happening?

Thanks

Stefanie
