I haven't done this in years but yes in the past when I did this the info was stored in WMI on the local machine and collected as part of HINV. I've played around with several scripts and can't find one that works. Seems like I misunderstood how the official Dell tool works.. It grabs all the Dell service tags and collects the info and sticks it back into the database. No need to run anything on each machine.
