I've version 1 and version 2. Blogged some about deploying version 2. Main thing about version 2 with ConfigMgr integration is that it doesn't keep compliance data any longer than computer inventory. For the healthcare firm I was with that was not acceptable so I did a hybrid install. Putting the compliance data in MBAM keeps it forever.
