Yes, you point the URL to the MBAM server instead of the CM server. I'm not
sure if I ever blogged it.

Basically just install it like this:
http://myitforum.com/myitforumwp/2013/06/10/how-to-install-mbam-2-0-with-configmgr-integration/

Then run the install on the MBAM server as well and point the GPO's to the MBAM
server for reporting.

(as best as I can remember, it's been awhile)

Been using 1.0 for a year now. About to do the jump to 2.0 SP1 (with SCCM
integration). Been rock solid for me.

John, where is your blog on your hybrid install? That's what I plan on doing.
Do you just keep the ComplianceStatus URL in the GPO As-Is?

I've version 1 and version 2. Blogged some about deploying version 2. Main
thing about version 2 with ConfigMgr integration is that it doesn't keep
compliance data any longer than computer inventory. For the healthcare firm I
was with that was not acceptable so I did a hybrid install. Putting the
compliance data in MBAM keeps it forever.

Are you talking about the MBAM/SCCM integration? Or just the MBAM client? We're
in the process of testing the MBAM client deployment in our IT dept. So far, no
issues. We just pushed out the .msi and then imported some registry keys
associated with it.

If you're talking about the integration piece, we aren't there yet.

Subject: [mssms] MBAM with ConfigMgr

Hi,

Has anyone deployed MBAM with ConfigMgr ?

I will be deploying next week with a partner but haven't seen any reviews yet.

Thanks,
Tim
