Less than 1000 clients I'd say you can get by with about any reasonably sized box.

This particular client environment consists of the following: ~570 (servers & clients) - 4 Locations (1 Primary Site in WA, 2nd DP at Primary HQ in WA, 3rd DP in CA and a 4th DP in the Cloud. How do I estimate the number of cores and processors for this installation?
