It will affect all Windows XP installation connected to either WSUS or
Windows Update this month.  I’m sure Microsoft will allow for blocking it
for companies because it’s primarily aimed at consumers who still have no
clue that the OS support is ending. But, that’s not been clarified.
Personally, I think they should have started doing this about a year ago and
I think it’s a good idea.
