No issues, just don't approve that particular hotfix (WSUS) or distribute it via ConfigMgr (SUP).

I'm sure Microsoft will allow for blocking it for companies because it's primarily aimed at consumers who still have no clue that the OS support is ending. But, that's not been clarified.
