Not entirely sure what you are asking? It's very easy to preload the drivers using a driver package in the Task Sequence. That's been recommended and tested by several people on here.

Seems logical that you could also install the drivers on an image to preload them into Windows driver store for availability when printer is plugged in after image deployment.
