Basically John is right now you MUST change it via the SQL Server
Configuration Manager. And not from Services in control applet.

I think all you'd need to do is go to the services, enter the new password
and restart the services. (I think)

Subject: [mssms] Changing the SQL Service Account PW

Hey everyone,

My DBA is knocking on my door requesting to change the SQL Service Account
PW we have setup in our SCCM environment (local SQL).

If this password is changed, what do we need to do from an SCCM standpoint
to ensure nothing breaks.

Thanks,

Brian
