yeah they are all over the place - I've already changed all the properties, and it doesn't seem to work. I'm thinking this one version was a bit busted or something?

I got looking at it and the dang thing doesn't seem support the switches to stop the autoupdate. I even hacked aht the MSI and still no go. wondering what you folks did for this version? I've got a registry file that will force some stuff but i'm can't help but think i'm being foolish or blind.
