Did this happen to coincide with your recent change of the Client Settings policy turning user notifications on? :)
With the setting you have for the Deployments, the users should expect to see a reboot notification. The reboot notifications will correspond to whatever you have set in the Computer Restart section of the Client Settings policy. -Phil From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Corkill, Daniel Sent: Wednesday, April 2, 2014 7:04 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [mssms] Users receiving prompts that their computer will reboot in 15 mins Hi, We've had reports from a few users over the past few days that they're receiving notifications that their computers will reboot in 15 mins. I have double checked all of our software update deployments and they're all set to suppress reboots and the user notification setting is 'Display in Software Centre and only show notifications for computer restarts'. Previously this has just resulted in a Software Centre generated notification to the user that a reboot is pending to complete updates. This current notification is clearly from the WUA, not ConfigMgr. Any ideas what might be going on?
