You would need to open a ticket with Dell Support and request to be escalated to the REC. They should be able to get the test release (I-rev) of the BIOS (for the affected systems) to you after confirming your NDA status.

I checked on this issue and it will be corrected in a BIOS version slated for release in a couple months. You can either stay on A02, or request a test version of the upcoming BIOS release from Dell Support. Rather than going through every one of our models, I was hoping someone out there might already have compiled a list of Dell models and the BIOS version required for wake on LAN to work properly. For example, the OptiPlex 9020 won't wake up unless you are running BIOS version A02, but the one I tested had A03. I tried upgrading to the latest, it still didn't work. Once I downgraded to A02, it worked.
