Is it the CI Unique ID?

If so, here is some quick PowerShell to list all applications.

Get-WmiObject -ComputerName LOUAPPWPS875 -Namespace root\sms\site_cas -Class 
sms_application -Property Manufacturer, LocalizedDisplayName, SoftwareVersion, 
ModelName | Select-Object Manufactuter, LocalizedDisplayName, SoftwareVersion, 
ModelName

you can add it to your console's columns, you can just copy them from there.
