You’ll probably want to use SMS_ApplicationLatest instead of SMS_Application.
You’ll typically find “duplicate” entries under SMS_Application, because it
enumerates all versions of a CI. SMS_ApplicationLatest represents the true
number of Application objects in ConfigMgr, hence the “latest” version
nomenclature in its name.

Is it the CI Unique ID?

If so, here is some quick PowerShell to list all applications.

Get-WmiObject -ComputerName LOUAPPWPS875 -Namespace root\sms\site_cas -Class
sms_application -Property Manufacturer, LocalizedDisplayName, SoftwareVersion,
ModelName | Select-Object Manufactuter, LocalizedDisplayName, SoftwareVersion,
ModelName

you can add it to your console's columns, you can just copy them from there.
