It is not that simple, but Steve Thompson did a great job describing how to
optimize those databases:

It uses the Ola script and gives two other scripts to set things up. You
only need to change 3 lines in all of the scripts (two in the first and one
in the Ola script) and then edit the new job properties. Very simple and
easy to follow instructions.
