If you can boot into OS: Package or task sequence run step. %windir%\System32\wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:<kb number>/quiet /norestart. (obviously retract for reboot). For TS run step be sure to ignore 64-bit file system redirection for 64-bit OS. For package program be sure to use sysnative (IIRC) work around for 64-bit systems.
