I am pretty sure the smsprov log is unique to the smsprov server, so if you have a provider on another box and the console is connected to that box then entries appear in that smsprov.log and not on the other…
The regkey that david mentioned is a far better way to find it out. Also, you know that the console-provider connections are non-deterministic? You can’t point consoles at specific sms providers, in a load balancing sense. But if you have a web service you can isolate the provider it uses.
