I posted report patch complaince status month wise on specific collection http://eskonr.com/2014/09/configmgr-2012-summary-of-patch-compliance-status-report-month-wise-for-specific-collection-ssrs-report/ You can either apply this to collection (created based on ou) or edit the report by joining system ou information to the report.
