You can tweak the existing report software update- overall complaince. This 
prompt for su group and specific collection. Collection can be replaced with ou 
but will look into that tommrrow.

You can either apply this to collection (created based on ou) or edit the 
report by joining system ou information to the report.

We have 270 plus OU's in our SCCM environment and we are asked to pull a patch 
compliance report for each OU.
