Good Morning - I have successfully imaged Surface Pro 3 on docking station as well as USB to Ethernet adapter using our current MDT infrastructure. Please note you will need to import the drivers so the boot disk can use the Ethernet speed during the initial image download process. The only issue I saw was for System Updates for October 2014 which wants to install as soon as it boots back and it checks for windows updates. Please make sure the power is connected otherwise it will pause with an error.
