Afternoon All,

I'm currently in the process of trying to design how we can condense our app
deployments as this company currently deploys via appv4.6, appv5, GPO, Sccm
2012, Sccm 2007 etc etc. It's horrid.

But the main issue I can't figure out if possible is AppV5. Obviously it can
be integrated into 2012.. But I need it to work in the same way it currently
does here.

For instance..

Virtual Appv app gets published to user 1.
User 1 logs in, sees the shortcut in the start menu and clicks on it.
The program then streams down to the client and caches.

It's that start menu bit I can't figure with it in SCCM. Is it possible? To
deploy the app to the user, then it not do anything until they select it in the
start menu?

At the moment all I can make it do is either be available to the user so they
have to open Software Center\App Catalogue.. Or a required install which
automatically downloads it to the client. - Also just setting Stream Content
from DP doesn't fit the bill here, as I still need it to cache locally after.

Please help! :)

Thankyou
Rich
