Are you using the "Install Package" step and using it to install multiple packages? If so, do you have the option to continue should any single package fail enabled? On 2012 sp1 cu3 When deployed some simple apps from TS As a software distribution it says it executed with code 0. But in really it was not installed this been happening to all apps that I deploy as a software from TS. Any views??
