Has anyone else had issues with KB3000850 on Windows 8.1 machines?  We have 
installed it on a few workstations and after it completes, Internet Explorer 
doesn't work...it will open for a few seconds, show a blank page and then 
close.  Started with a google search and found a few different things with this 
update and Avast, but we don't have Avast.
