Although Google documents having an .msi installer to do "offline" installs of the browser, it still requires the device to have Internet access. Apparently Chrome still needs to download bits over the Internet during the install. In addition, I have not found an actual Chrome .msi for download that Google says exists.
1st request - Has anyone figured out how to install Chrome without having Internet access? 2nd request - Does there truly exist a Chrome .msi?
