Johan ran into that as well, http://deploymentresearch.com/Research/Post/540/Building-a-Windows-10-v1607-reference-image-using-MDT-2013-Update-2. His workaround was to import KB3176929 into MDT so that it's injected offline. We're investigating what's going on there.
