Seeing issues downloading/installing updates on 1607 builds pulling updates from WSUS using the ztiwindowsupdate.wsf process with MDT (2013 update 1 build 8298) integrated task sequences in SCCM CB (1606). Looks and acts the same as this.

We are going the route of applying the latest CU as a command line and hoping for the best. Seems that others have tried that and still see the issue, but we aren't sure what else to try. Also, does this issue appear if the CU/additional updates are applied via a SUP instead? Please and thank you.
