Same issue here.
Only seemed to start when the ADR ran this month. Last month was OK. ConfigMgr is v1606 (not UR1). Other ADR's (without O365 updates selected) work OK. Did you get a fix ? Some out there say it is fixed by UR1, but others on the same link say it doesn't fix it. Don't know if v1610 will fix it.
