Manual download of O365 updates was fine.
When the ADR (with same O365 updates) ran it wouldn't finish / wouldn't download / caused the crash. Some obviously had this issue before Nov. And that UR1 for v1606 doesn't necessarily fix it. One of the links below says something interesting. "Problem solved! KB3159706 was installed on the SUP but not on the Primary Site Server." We've now installed that too, have set up a new ADR (same O365 update selection criteria) to download to a new package, and let ADR kick off automatically ... and it has downloaded both OK and no errors/crashes. 16.0.6965.2105 "Office 365 Client Update - Deferred Channel (1605-8) 32-bit Edition" 16.0.7466.2038 "Office 365 Client Update - Current Channel (1610-4) 32-bit Edition" https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/cee43df4-7281-4b8c-a685-bd486667a5bb/sccm-2012-1606-not-recieving-office-365-client-updates?forum=configmanagersecurity https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/1a362764-e646-44c5-8a69-c4e1358b513b/office-2016-updates-not-downloadinginstalling?forum=ConfigMgrCompliance https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/11f69a82-9f3e-4637-b7ec-75bf7f04d86f/office-365-updates-not-downloadinginstalling-sccm-1606?forum=ConfigMgrCompliance ________________________________ From: [email protected] <[email protected]> on behalf of Marcum, John <[email protected]> Sent: Monday, 21 November 2016 11:32 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [mssms] Re: ADR for Office 365 updates keeps crashing SMSExec I noticed one of the O365 updates wouldn't download this month. Maybe that's the problem ? Only seemed to start when the ADR ran this month. Last month was OK. ConfigMgr is v1606 (not UR1). Other ADR's (without O365 updates selected) work OK. Did you get a fix ? Some out there say it is fixed by UR1, but others on the same link say it doesn't fix it. Don't know if v1610 will fix it.
