Are they Intel NICs? If it is, does it have the WOL setting "Wake on Magic
Packet from Power Off" in advanced properties on the NIC?

If not, and if it's an Intel NIC, you might want to try the registry hack I
have posted at that link to enable it. Here's the script I've run to enable
it on hundreds of Dell computers:
