I see there's some utility called "ChangePK.exe". But my brief web search seemed to imply that you can go to HIGHER versions (Pro to ent) using ChangePK.exe; but I don't see that anyone said it was OK to go from Ent to Pro. You may want to either open a call with MS and ask them, or experiment with a box or 3 and see 'what happens' if you try.
