Not sure how you've had 4.10.209.0 since Oct - I just checked my SUP and that version isn't there. I assume it will appear after my next SUP sync. We currently have 4.10.207.0 deployed to a number of machines and I've had reports of the right click option missing so I'm glad this will resolve it.
On another note, do newer versions of SCEP require a minimal version to first be installed? I have a couple hundred machines that aren't applicable for 4.10.207.0 and I don't know why. When I look in the console it's showing a similar number of machines requiring 4.7.209.0 so I'm wondering if I need to deploy this first. Daniel. PCs already trying the update (since it was already advertised from last year) had to be rebooted to obtain the new content and update correctly. This update should have been 4.10.210 - please don't re-use version numbers, SCCM can't handle it!!!! What a PITA. Client notification only works on collections or devices from within the view of a collection's membership and not in the devices node.
