We have a few thousand Windows 2003 servers that are gonna be around for a while and the users got paranoid and wanted assurances. You of course lose any new functionality like new software center, etc. Patching, reporting, and software distribution work though. Looked for a bit to see if 1702 will work with many of the older SCCM 2012 Clients - is there a certain version where the SCCM 2012 client is incompatible with 1702?
