+1 Just make sure your SUG deployment doesn't have this checkbox checked and it will reboot after its completed installing the updates in that SUG

In past questions, I've related that currently I manually reboot all of my 200+ servers. We're revamping how we're doing the server patching, with a couple of maintenance windows, and auto reboots. However, I'm not sure the "best" method of doing the reboot. Do I just change the client settings to reboot in a couple of minutes, or do I add a shutdown -r to the package, or some other method?
