I've got all the messages. Most are in the archive (as raw email files).
All of them are in my outlook express (which with Ehsan's tool become raw
email files).

I've already got them in my outlook express. I tried dragging them out
once. I had about 3,000 emails or so and only ended up with about 2900
files, so there was a little clunk somewhere. I also changed the
functionality a little to not name the file after the subject, but to just
do it as a serial number.

The only work that needs to be done now is putting the archive in the mbox
format:

http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py?req=show&file=faq05.001.htp

and it looks like the mbox format is all the messages appended one after
another with extra line spaces between the emails *and* the From line w/
date at the end of it duplicated up at the top of the email.

Doesn't look like it will be hard to put all the messages I have into this
format. Just need the time to do it (or a volunteer).

Here's the current list interface:

http://beginthread.com/mailman/listinfo/msvc_beginthread.com

The archive isn't searchable, but I've seen articles on making it
searchable. Again, it will just take time...
