For everyone's information, I have already started porting the site to
PHP and re-designing its appearance. I finished the "Contributors" page
this morning. I hope I can finish the job as soon as possible, but
can't guess a release date because I'm doing it in my spare time which
is quite limited, unfortunately.

I have an archive of all the messages on the list since I have
subscribed (which was at the very beginning of the list's life) and
there are currently 3,524 emails in my MSVC folder in Outlook. If you
let me know the format of the email messages you need, I may be able to
help in providing the whole email history of the list.
